So you think or know you have Diastasis Recti.

One of the tell-tale signs of having diastasis is you can never get your mummy tummy to go away…not matter what you’ve done. Maybe you’ve worked out and even eaten healthy but still no improvement.

Maybe you are still asked when your due date is because your tummy still looks pregnant.

Maybe your tummy cones, bulges, or looks funny when doing exercise.

If you know for sure you have Diastasis Recti, you probably have no clue how to workout or are afraid you’re going to injure it more.

You might even have other issues going on that can hangout with diastasis, such as: pelvic organ prolapse, pelvic pain, leakage, lower back pain, or hernias.

Good news! I have a free 5 Day Diastasis Challenge that will help with all of those issues. In this challenge, you will learn the foundational basics of what need to be in place to heal diastasis and your core.

So, if….

  • You can’t lose your mommy tummy no matter how much you exercise or eat healthy?
  • Are you embarrassed because people keep asking you when you are due?
  • Do you wish you could have your pre-pregnancy belly back?

If you answered yes to these questions, most likely you are dealing with something called Diastasis Recti. And I can help you fix that….

For most moms, diastasis recti is experienced during the third trimester of pregnancy. As a baby grows, there is constant pressure put on the back of the mother’s abdominal wall. The connective tissue joining the abdominal muscles stretches, causing the left and right sides of the abdominal muscles to separate. Many women’s abdominal muscles will come back together after childbirth but unfortunately, some women’s don’t.

AND….that is why…if you’ve ever had a baby and are dealing with the issues above, you need to check to see if that’s what you are dealing with.

I have created a  5 Day Diastasis Challenge just for you! You will learn how to check and see if you have diastasis and the foundational basics of how to fix it and how to get rid of your mommy tummy.

The page to opt-in to this challenge has changed. You can find it here.
