For The Pregnant Mama
Preparing for birth is a marathon.The Fit Pregnancy Boot Camp trains you for that marathon while at the same time keeps your core & pelvic floor healthy, reduces pregnancy aches & pains, and minimizes pregnancy injuries.
You will learn how to workout safely and effectively all while keeping mama, baby, and your core safe. You will learn how to mimic contractions with workouts getting your heart rate up and then coming down as you visualize your birth …this is called Labor Training.
Having a strong, fit, and healthy pregnancy while minimizing or preventing diastasis recti and pelvic floor issues is possible. It’s also possible to help your body be better prepared for birth and that’s what the Fit Pregnancy Boot Camp does

The techniques used in The Diastasis Fix Boot Camp aren’t just for moms with diastasis, but also if you deal with leakage, pelvic floor issues, hernias, prolapse, low back pain, & other pregnancy related injuries. The workouts are safe, effective, challenging, and healing. You will learn breathing techniques that heal and restore your core & pelvic floor.
Plus total body exercises that will work your core at the same time. Your core is your foundation and powerhouse.

Hi there! My name is Olivia Cagle. I’m a prenatal/postnatal corrective exercise specialist, diastasis restoration specialist, and life coach. I help discouraged mamas heal, strengthen, and love their tummy, body, and themselves….to love the person who God created them to be. My passion is to help moms heal from the inside out (physically, spiritually, and emotionally), and to help pregnant moms have an amazing pregnancy, prepare her body for birth, and to have a speedier delivery.

Janine is our pelvic floor physical therapist that has been helping pregnant and postpartum moms for over 25 years.
Her mission is to help restore function to the CORE of the body and empower each person to achieve optimum wellness through the mind, body and spirit connection.
She believes when there is a healthy woman, then there are healthy families.
We, together believe that when you heal your core, then it also helps heal your heart.
She loves when a pregnant mama finds us first because we can help her prevent issues with the core.
